Empty file when I am exporting gpx or tcx files in garmin connect

Hi,

I am trying export the https://connect.garmin.com/modern/activity/573067128/share/0?lang=pt&t=1430431966 but when I download the file is only 858 bytes. How to solve the problem? Thanks
