GC Dashboard showing activities but not in calander, ongoing issue

I have a Garmin swim, (use Ant+ to transfer data through GE), do running & cycling too of which I add the activities to the calendar manually. What has been annoying me for the past 6 months is that not all the data is stored online, I always have to go through Garmin Express rather than just looking on GC website to see my latest activities or it doesn't display them..this is the only way I see my dashboard almost correct (showing my swim device etc).

There are 2 issues here -
One I shouldn't have to go through GE to see my latest activities unless I've only just 'uploaded' them (what if I want to observe from another PC?), and
Two - When I switch to calendar view, the recent swim activities are not displaying (all relevant boxes ticked to display) but manually added activities are.

Why is it such a mess and how can I fix this????!! I don't want to have to individually added the last 6 months worth of swim data from the locally stored files or is that all I can do ? That and every time after I've done something? Makes it pointless software - I could add this manually in any other piece of software.

I'm hoping to get the Fenix 3 at some point but it's not looking good from a software or hardware point of view!!!

Any replies appreciated...

Not sure I quite understand - I use a Garmin Swim and also a Forerunner 610 - both of these I sync with Connect and also Training Centre (I still use ANT agent rather than express) - All my activities show in the calendar. There is however a set of tickboxes on the left of the screen that determine what type of activities show in the calendar - are you sure that you have swim ticked?

Yes, I have all of teh activities ticked. There is a serious glitch somewhere and I have no idea where it lies.

Example:

I did a 3k swim yesterday, automatically data transferred this morning when next to pc, click on GE to see it which links me to GC webpage and first screen is the dashboard - all present and correct, even the calendar mini view is correct, until I click on the calendar for a bigger view and then its not there.

Now, if I went to another PC, logged in to my GC webpage, a load of last years info and manually added data is there but nothing recent - it will only display the recent data if I go through Garmin Express but still not appearing on the calendar OR even if I click on to the activities.

Everything seems missing from August last year, all the info after that I've added manually...
