GPS Coordinates - What is this please?

Hello Everybody,
I am a beginner user of Garmin GPS.
I have a garmin 421s GPS on my boat, but it does not work anymore.
I have some coordonates of some points, but I do not know with which unit it have been recorded.
It looks like that:
52174148E
1077749N
this point should be in Philippines, on Siargao Island, close to Dapa city.
I can not relocalisate my points, because I do not know what is the unit of this coordinate. And my GPS is dead...but I have the records of the points.
