Cannot open the Workout page from Browser

For the past week or so I cannot even open the workout page from Chrome or Internet Explorer.

I've tried two different PCs.

Can anyone else open this page?

    I think it is account related. I have the same problem.

    Logging in with my account, the page doesn't open.
    Logging in with my fiance's account, the page DOES open.
    Logging in with my account, still does not work.

    I've logged a case with Garmin, but I got the usual "delete your cookies" response, which if they had read my email would have understood that I knew that wasn;t going to fix it!

    I get exactly the same, have deleted cookies, even deleted my Chrome profile. I'm 99.9% sure it is an issue with Garmin Connect :(

    Any idea how to "formally" open a case with Garmin on this?

    Yep - I have this issue too. I use Chrome, so fired up Firefox (I don't think I've used Firefox for Connect before) and have the issue still.

    same problem here.

    I logged several email to supports receiving lame replies... The issue is account related as I created another account and the workout page works.
    My idea is that (in my case) I have (had?) too many workouts saved.

    I asked to support to delete them, but I don't think they are going to help me.

    Do you think there is a way to transfer everything except workouts to another account?
  • I've rung Garmin UK and they have created a case for me.
  • Well I got an automated email saying Garmin was working on this but no ETA, however I tried workouts today and they are working, with a new look and feel!
