If you look under calories it has a certain amount. If you look at the watch right at the end of the day before it switches over, it always has a different amount. If you look at steps at the end of the week and then at the calories under step and divide that by the number of days, those number coincide with the watch numbers. For instance, last week if I look at my steps tab I have 14832 calories, which is an average of 2118 per day, which is around what my watch would show each night (I work nights so five nights a week I can check at 11:59p). Under calories, I have 2405, 2203, 2036, 2249, 2559, 2350, and 1931. Why the difference? That's an average of 2247. Which one is "right" ? That's a difference of 903 calories for the week (not the end of the world, but still, mostly curious). Thanks!
