Hi - I have an Edge 800 (software version 2.7) and express (4.0.19) running on Windows 8.1. I can upload to connect directly with my vivofit - and through express with my FR405 - I am also able to manually upload fit files from the cache. However I cannot sync my Edge 800. The device stopped syncing a few weeks ago (version 4 of express?). The fit files are transferred to the cache, but not to connect. The sync bar moves to about 60% - then I am told to provide my log-in details - which are then added correctly (even changed my password to make sure) - after this screen I am disconnected from the edge 800. I am also told occasionally by express that there is new software - but when I check, it is up-to-date....This is really annoying as I have just forked out for vector pedals....and have to by-pass connect - and go straight to strava (and even then I have to open it in internet explorer...as I am told the garmin add-in is no longer compatible with chrome (??)........is it just me?
