Data missing in TCX exports

I'm experiencing some issues with the TCX export og Garmin Connect.
All activities that are from after the 6th of march 2015 that I export, are missing AltitudeMeters and Speed for all the Trackpoint's.
They only contain Position, DistanceMeters and HeartRateBpm for each Trackpoint tag.
The activities seems to have the data, as all graphs are show correctly in Garmin Connect.
If I export activities from before 6th of march 2015, they do contain the AltitudeMeters and Speed data.

Anyone experiencing the same issue, or have any ideas how to solve it?
