All my crossed segments disappeared from garmin connect

Hi,

I've recently done several segments and was correctly shown in all Rankings (All / Groups / Connections / Me Only). Since a few days all my segments disappeared from the rankings.
When I check the activities containing these segments in Garmin Connect, all segment times are listed with time "--:--" and speed "0.0" kph.

Same activities on my device show segments with accurate time and speed.

What can be done to recover my segments in GC?

I have got the same issue. I have emailed Garmin Support and am waiting for a solution.

Same problem here since a few days. I hope instantly, that someone of the support is watching after that

Just wanted to bump this back to the top in hopes someone from Garmin will see it. GC shows that I have crossed segments, but doesn't show my information. It worked a month ago, but not now.
