Manual Upload In Modern Version

Hi,

I have a Foretrex301 and Garmin Express does not give the feature to synchronize automatically.
So I can upload using a brower plugin in the classical version using this link: https://connect.garmin.com/transfer/upload
Where Do I find this manually upload feature in the Modern Version?

In Activities. Look for the Import button.
