Connect changes data hours after uploading.

I have had a problem for a few months with data in Garmin Connect after a ride (data from my Edge 810).
It started with firmware 3.40, and continues with 3.60.
My values for "Time", "Moving Time" & "Elapsed Time" show as the same in Connect.
My 810 has auto-pause set, and that works fine. My data fields on the 810 indicate that the 810 is correctly pausing & restarting.
Today, after a ride of 3-1/2 hours, I saw that the correct values were shown in Connect (Elapsed & Moving Time were different).
An hour or so later, the values were changed and were all the same.
Connect also adjusted my "Average Moving Speed" down very slightly.

I have updated the 810's firmware & performed a device reset.

Is this a known issue?
Is it a connect or 810 issue?
Is there a fix?
