Since the GE upgrade Sunday I can no longer upload any new activities from my 305 to connect. The activities do appear to be syncing with GE, but not getting from GE to connect. I've tried removing the device from both connect and GE, re-installing GE, but no joy. Is there a definitive method for getting through this upgrade?
I have a 305 also. When GE was updated, the first time I used it, it said that it had synced but it hadn't. What I did the second time is to open Express and select the 305. With the 305 visible on the computer, I connected it to the clip and then it synced properly. I've been doing it that way ever since and it works for me although once in awhile I have to rinse and repeat.
got a 310 and have been having the exact same issue here.. getting frustrated... on the troubleshooting page plenty more with the issue and no sign from Garmin when this will be fixed
