Hello Garmin Community,
I have not been using my Garmin device for a period of time and decided to give it another go. I intended to start an account from fresh so here's what I did:
1. Followed Garmin's instruction on 'deleting account' (removing personal information)
2. Changed the email address of the account
The problem is currently Garmin does not let me create a new account with my existing email address although I have already changed the email address of my previous account. I have noticed that my username is the same as my previously used email address and there is no way to change it. Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
