In a nutshell, my Garmin 405cx forerunner and I have used the "old" garmin connect website successfully for a number of years. It often took 4-5 tries for the website to connect to my garmin (recognize it) and upload a workout. Now however it does not acknowledge I have any device whatsoever. I have tried approaching 20 times, downloaded the Garmin Express 3 times and followed all instructions, closed programs and such and there is no result. It simply says I do not have my device connected. There is no longer the option to upload manually that I can see and as long as the program cannot see my device....that is sitting here plugged into my computer repeatedly, I can do nothing. To my mind, this is ridiculously difficult and should not take posting a query on a forum to figure out.
