220: no auto upload and no speed or altitude data in TCx file download

When I plug in my 220, new activities used to be automatically uploaded to garmin connect - not anymore.

Also, the downloaded TCX file used to contain speed and altitude data - not anymore.

Have I inadvertently reset some toggles? Or committed other "newbie" error?
