It hurts, if a company like Garmin confuses units with a factor of 1000.

Well it's a shame but a very widespread misuse if that was all that was wrong with connect I'd be over the moon

Yeah, but if they are not even capable to use correct units...

Agreed but at least now you know it doesn't block you using the system whereas unfortunately there are many other features that simply don't work and with limited resources I would expect garmin to target those first.
