I've had my vivofit since August, and this is the first time it's lost any data.
I synced it this morning, and it timed out, so I synced again -- normally when this happens, the data doesn't get lost, it just uploads some of it, and uploads the rest when it syncs again.
This time, though, I lost nearly 2 days worth of data, which isn't showing up on either the mobile app or the website.
Multiple re-syncs have not had the data show up either.
Question: I assume at this point it's hopeless to get that data off the device?
and is it possible to enter estimations for the step data into Garmin Connect so it doesn't show up as an empty day?
