Been having problems for weeks now with uploading .GPX files (manual upload option). Almost without exception, the upload will fail. The reason is given always as 'undefined' next to a red cross indicating failure. I've tried GPX files from various sources, but nothing works.
Have tried the tech support at Garmin, but found them unhelpful to be frank. The attitude was that as my GPX files were not created by a Garmin app/program, they wouldn't support. I thought the mechanics of GPX was to transcend various programs and devices!
I'm guessing it's something to do with the GPX file header, but not sure what should and shouldn't be included in order to work.
Has anybody else had a problem with this? Is there a known fix?
