synching vivofit

In the past, when I plug the ANT+ stick into my laptop, the little icon would appear in the tray, then I synch it as normal, and it works fine.

Recently when I plug it in, I hear the noise, but nothing happens.
I launch the Garmin Express app, and when I do this, a dialog box opens, asking me if I want to run it, I click yes, then I receive this error message:

"An unexpected error ocurred and Garmin Express must close. If you continue to experience this, contact Garmin customer support."

Nothing happens when I try to synch. I noticed recently as well, my step goals are randomly changing from day to day. It has been about two weeks since my last synch.

This is a terrible product.
