775t help...losing my mind!

Hello all, I recently bought a 775t because I read on Garmin's forum that it is compatible with A2DP bluetooth headsets, which is what my motorcycle helmet headset is. I want to connect the 775t directly to my headset with no phone involved. Supposedly the 775t will do this*.

I am able to get the 775t to recognize my headset but once connected & selected it's asking me to enter passcode 1234. Apparently the passcode for the UCLEAR HBC100 headset is 0000. Via google I found a couple of different places where people have said the 775t can be changed to 0000 however they don't say *how* to do this and I can't seem to find it anywhere!!! See these links to know what I'm referring to: http://forums.gpsreview.net/discussion/19831/devices-using-0000-as-bluetooth-passkey (2nd post) http://forums.gpsreview.net/discussion/comment/132951/#132947 (4th post).

If anyone out there knows the way to change the passcode to 0000 and can explain it in layman's terms I would greatly appreciate it!!!

*I know the Zumo is capable but I only go on 1 or 2 motorcycle trips a year where GPS is necessary & I can't justify $400+ for a GPS unit that is motorcycle specific. That's why I bought the 775t. https://support.garmin.com/support/searchSupport/case.faces?caseId=%7B04794b50-0c83-11dd-dc9c-000000000000%7D << list of bluetooth headset compatible Garmin devices.
