VIVOFIT Server error, then reset, now not working

Since this morning my VivoFit did not want to connect neither with the app or the computer (ANT).
I made a reset. And probably was not a good idea.
Now it won't PAIR. It register the walks.
Can someone help me in solving this issue?
the device is one month old...

    This is happening to me too. Seems to be a common issue. I did the reset thing too and now I can't pair. Says it can't download or connect to server.

    Yes, exactly the same thing... I'm quite disappointed.
    Please, if you find a solution let me know. If I find some news, I will let you know.

    Mine is doing the same thing, and they just updated express, which is giving me fits. Not happy.

    Suddenly the Express app is partially working.
    no idea why.
    The data concerning the steps are ok but the bracelet shows 0 steps...

    I have also been having this problem it won't sync on my phone it says can't connect to server. The first few times tried do you sync the phone I have the USB connected to my computer and I read that having more than one connection can confuse it but I've I've unplugged the computer and it's still not syncing. I am starting to get very irritated.

    Connect had an issue for a bit this morning but everything is working for me now. If you reset your Vivofit, you're bound to be back to 0.

    Concerning the 0 I was expecting to see the data back on my watch after reconnecting the device. Like a backup.... I was expecting too much :P

    Vivofit worked the whole day. I tried to sync it with the phone few minute ago but I did not have chance.. quite frustrating.
    at least with the computer ANT is working!! So I will use the computer until they fix the problem.

    thx to all of you for your comments, it was easier to know that I was not the only one with a broken bracelet but that it was a technical problem!
  • I believe the vivofit can only be paired to the PC or to your phone but not both at the same time. You have to kill one pairing to use the other. Could that be why you can't sync with your phone?

    I did not think about that option. Maybe you are right. But, If that is the reason why I'm having this issues, I can say that I'm even more disappointed with Garmin tech team.
    Kmon Garmin is a well known brand. It cannot do this kind of errors.
