Cannot upload map to 800

Constantly get "syncing error with Garmin Connect" when I try to upload a map to my Edge 800.
Tried: resetting defaults in device, deleting device, re-installing Garmin Express. Don't know what else to do!

Looks like the Admin's have some cleaning up to do! Anyway, this is a bump, as I still have the syncing error.
