Problems with Garmin Connect and Forerunner 15 sync

I'm having a strange problem today. Have synced my Garmin Forerunner 15 to Garmin Connect using Garmin Connect, as per usual. Garmin Connect now shows the 8.1 mile run I did this morning, and my running activities from earlier in the week, but steps have only synced up to the 31st March. I've tried everything and can't get the steps to sync. Is anyone else experiencing any issues?

    Yes mmine is saying failed to sync, but is showing a recent time but only 9000 steps when the vivosmart shows 15000

    Vivofit will not sync to my phone or Garmin Express today - It has not done a Sync since 117 this afternoon

    Why does Garmin Connect seem to have so many issues?

    I have issues with my forerunner 410, syc yesterday said data transferred but it hasn't appeared in Garmin connect which took several attempts to access, just done exactly the same today and it had downloaded and appeared but I can't find the previous two months of data. To get it to download at all I had to uninstall everything and reinstall. Never had these issue when it was TC only since it went to Connect.

  • Status page shows the issue fixed. Only a minor glitch it seems.

    Sync is not fixed. Mine has been attempting to sync yesterday's run for the last 24 hours and continues to fail. I am so tired of this nonsense.
  • Doesn't mean it's not fixed, just that you have a problem. If you're having problems do as here says and contact Product Support

    Alternatively if you believe the issue is related to Express post in the Express forum. Garmin staff are active there while they are not here which is mainly user-to-user.
