I would really like to see multiple alarm settings.
A couple of options that I would be fine with:
- Weekend AND Weekday Alarms (2 Alarms)
- Daily Alarms (7 Alarms)
- Weekday AND Saturday/Sunday Alarms (3 Alarms).
I did a little investigating and why wouldn't it be a good idea to have the alarm settings in Garmin Connect? When you open Garmin Connect and go to device settings you can set your alarm (in my case for the VivoSmart). So this would be a good place to have the alarms.
Yes, this sub-forum is for suggestions relating to Garmin Connect, not for any particular device such as Vivosmart.
And it would be a great idea if Garmin allowed you to configure device settings for any Garmin device (Edge, FR, fitness trackers, etc.) using your computer, and then upload those settings to the device. But if Garmin ever got around to implementing this, with the current software lineup, it seems that would be a job for Garmin Express, not Connect (although there are still a few settings remnants remaining in Connect).
However, your original post was not about transferring settings from computer to device. That post was a suggestion for additional features on a specific device, the Vivosmart. It would make more sense to post this suggestion in the appropriate sub-forum - the Vivosmart forum - where it can be read and commented on by the community of Vivosmart users.
