I've recently started running. I used to hate running; now, there are times that I don't mind it and I feel out of sorts if I miss a day or two.
I just finished the C25K app and want to continue. I have a goal of running in my first 5K in May (The Warrior Dash) and my first 10K in October (Marine Corps Marathon & 10K). I just got my Garmin FR 220 and set up the 10K plan in the Training Plans section.
Question: Does the 220 alert me at the end/beginning of intervals ("Run in Z4, threshold pace, 5 minutes. Recovery jog, 2 minutes. Repeat 4 times.")? Also, does Z4 refer to using the heart monitor?
