Check out the Connect IQ store - there are several apps for Squash. On devices not supporting the Connect IQ apps, simply use the Cardio activity profile, or create your own Activity profile and call it "Squash".
Thank you for the information - currently I am using sports+ application for squash tracking. It shows me the activity description as squash however the category is tennis. To have it correctly it would be great to have it under activity squash. I am also not sure if the calories counter is counted by the sports+ application or counted by garmin connect (I have to check it out) - would like to have calories counter related to squash not to tennis.

Calories do not depend on the type or on the name of the activity you select. They are calclulated, using your personal data (gender, weight, heigth, age, Activity Class,...), the Heart Rate and the Heart Rate Variability (HRV). The name of the activity is completely irrelevant. Garmin cannot add all the 8000 existing sports to the watch, but they do have the custom category called "Other" for adding any sport you wish.
