Error syncing with Garmin Connect

Cannot upload new activities. [Forerunner 910XT]
Tried the following without success.
> Checking software is up-to-date.
> Deleting "Devise" folder on computer
> Checking Ant stick is working
> Contacting Garmin
> Deleting old files on Garmin watch

When I contacted Garmin. The first sentence in my e-mail stated that my software was up-to-date.
Garmin's reply to me was 'check if software is up-to-date'.
