How can I force an activity to upload from my Forerunner 405? I ran this morning, but, using Garmin Express, the activity will not upload. To test it I created a test run this afternoon, and that uploads perfectly, but not the one I did this morning. It sits there on the device, so hasn't been deleted.
Go to "Activities" and click on "Import". Select "Choose file", and look for the "GARMIN" drive. Go to "GARMIN/Garmin/ACTIVITY" and you'll see a bunch of ".FIT" files. I haven't figured out how the files are named, so select the one that was created at the time of your run. Then click "Upload activities from file".
Some of the steps might be different for you as I have a Forerunner 15, and I use the modern dashboard on Garmin connect.
