Blank User Profile Page on all of my devices... but need to change my profile!!!

Hi Garmin Forum,

This is my first blog entry and hopefully someone can help me with that challenge I'm facing right now.

I'm a happy Garmin customer and using a couple of devices such as Garmin Edge 810, Garmin Forerunner 220, Garmin Vista, Garmin vivofit together with Garmin Connect and I really like Garmin Connect...

BUT there is one challenge wich makes me crazy right now!!! I can't get access to my User profile page. Whenever I open the user profile page to change my Community Alias for example the page is blank, blank, blank.......

based on some posts I read already I tried it on multiple devices such as OS X with Google Chrome, Safari, iOS with Google Chrome, Safari, Windows 8.1 with IE and Google Chrome but always the same issue. I have disable Anti-Virus, AdBlocker etc.

BUT ALWAYS THE SAME THING :-(

I guess it has to do with my account?

Would be great if someone could give some hints what else I could do...
