Golf - Automatically ask for score before advancing to next hole

Hi there,
A feature that i think would be great and I have seen on other devices. If you are using the garmin for scoring, and you have automatic hole transition on then it should ask you for example the scores for the first hole before advancing to the GPS for the second hole... This saves users missing scores on holes as I have just done. then not realising uploaded the card to Garmin connect... Could not edit the scorecard on there so deleted it. Edited on the device and now cannot upload that scorecard to connect...

I have exactly the same problem. I see from other threads that editing is not possible, does anyone know how to get an amended score back onto Garmin Connect? It is on my G6 OK and I opened up the scorecard and saved it again, re-synced with Garmin Express but it will not find the original score to add to GC. Is there a way around this?
