Edge 1000 - Segment transferral issues

Hi All,

I have been using the Edge1k since last August with no real issues. However, I've recently started to create my own segments and have stumbled upon a problem with transferring to my device.

I have created 3 segments in total, from activities that I have completed, all of which are set to public. A leader board has been compiled for all of them and my times/positions are viewable. I have been able to transfer 2 of them to my device but I'm unable to transfer the last one. Garmin Connect allows me to select the segment to transfer, it adds it to the queue and it looks, for all intents and purposes, to have been transferred. The device says 'Download Complete' but when I look for it in the segments list, it is not there. I have tried this countless times with the same outcome.

Is anyone else having this same issue? Have you found a way to make it work?

I have the latest version of device firmware (2.80) and the latest version of Garmin Express.

How many segments do you have already in the device?
It is limited to 50 segments...
Maybe you have 50 already...

Ladas112, Thanks for your response and upon checkin the number of segments on my device, it seems that there were indeed 50. I've removed ones that I don't want, so that the number is down to 30 'ish, however my new segments are still not transferring.

Thanks for the info on the maximum number of segments though :)
