My bike ride transferred from the Forerunner 910XT, but doesn't appear in Garmin Connect account. What can I do?

Well, I've been fiddling with it for an hour and NOW it shows, not sure why. So, I guess I'm good for now. What might be going on, is it something at the web site Garmin Connect ant the next time this happens should I just wait an hour and it might be there?

I am having the same issue but I have waited much longer than an hour and the workout does not show up anywhere. This has happened to me in the past as well and the workouts never showed up. I decided not to call the help/customer service line because the wait times have become ridiculous. Help? How do I recover this workout?

Uploaded today's ride and it was successful but no sign of yesterday's ride. Any ideas?
  • Same issues here. Last week, I couldn't get my 310xt to transfer at all so i deleted the device and added it back. It transferred one activity but still won't transfer a run earlier in the week. I think there was a corrupt file in there so i deleted everything. Today, Garmin Express says it's synced runs from the last 2 days but they are not there. I can't say "try again" because there is no way to do this.

Is this a garmin express to garmin connect problem? Frankly, i miss my old 305 with the cradle. It was so much more reliable than this 310xt.
  • I'm having the same issues with my 310xt. I get the "sync complete" message, but nothing new shows up in Garmin Connect. I had gone two weeks without syncing (though still using watch) while my computer was in the shop, so I deleted my entire history from my watch, thinking there were too many files for it to handle. But, there is not change. It still tells me that it has synced, but the activities do not show up in Garmin Connect.

On another note, I was able to transfer a training plan from the Garmin site to my watch.

Not sure why my data isn't showing up. It is making me crazy.
  • Might want to try a master reset.

Have you tried immediately syncing a second time when it doesn't show up the first time? I find with my vivosmart, my syncs often have to be repeated to get all the info into Connect. This morning it took 3 syncs.

I also have a 310xt but only started to have that kind of problem when upgrade the version of the garmin express. Because i have a laptop and a desktop and the problem only happens on the newest version of the garmin express in the old one no problem sync.

I have tried immediately synching a 2nd time with no luck.
  • How do you sync a 2nd time? There isn't any "sync" button in Garmin Express 4.50.
