Problems with 310xt connecting with Garmin Connect

Hello! I`ve just bought the forerunner 310xt and made my first training with it. Now I`m trying to download that training to Garmin Connect. At the begining everything worked fine - ANT + Agent has found the device and successfully downloaded data from my device. It sent the data to Garmin Connect as well. But now I can`t see my workout on Garmin Connect. I have also checked folders named History and Activities in Garmin folder - there wasn`t anything. I`m sure that I have downloaded my workout at the correct account. I also have tried 3 or 4 times to send data from device to my PC and from PC to Garmin Connect. But the workout still is missing at Carmin Connect.
What am I supposed to do in this situation?
  • I'm having the same problem with my 310XT. Garmin Express says it's syncing, the Forerunner says it's transferring data, but nothing actually uploads. It apparently isn't even getting to my computer to be sent to Garmin Connect. I can find the folder where older activities are stored, but nothing has been added since the end of February. I even tried loading the latest version of Garmin Express on a different computer, that had never had Garmin software installed, and uploading from there, but that didn't work either.

    I'm running Windows 7 Professional on one computer, Windows 7 Home Premium on the other, and both are up to date on patches. Garmin Express is at version 4.0.11.0; the 310XT is at software version 4.50. I suspect the latest update to the device software may be the problem.

    I`ve managed to fix the problem. It was with the calendar. Open the calendar and look at the left corner right near the word "Sunday". There are 2 grey lines. Click on them. You will see the box with different options. Check if there are all of your activities checked. If they don`t - check them.
