Garmin Connect not syncing or uploading new data

When my Garmin Forerunner 405 came within range of my computer it was automatically transferring my data like usual, and the watch said Transfer complete but Garmin Express said it couldn't sync and there were errors. When it fails to automatically transfer my data, Garmin Express says 'There was a problem communicating with the Garmin servers. Please try again later.'

When I tried to manually sync, it got stuck on 'Searching for Device.' I had no issues uploading my run on Thursday, so something has recently happened that it's not working. I just had a race today and want to analyze my run. Please fix the issue!
