garmin 310xt wont upload activity to garmin connect

Not for the first time my garmin 310xt won't load this morning's cycle . It is on my garmin- 100.55 km with a 30.5 avg but it won't sync. I have already lost a cycle and two runs. Can you advise what the solution is. I have tried loading it from my laptop and pc in work so the pc isn't to blame. I am using an ANT stick.

I'm having the same problem. Cannot upload my long from from my 310XT to Garmin. The error is "incomplete sync."

Having the same problem the last couple of weeks. Getting pretty frustrated because I'm not started to lose runs. I've even wipped the watch and reset everything.

Did this get solved. Did a run this morning. Stopped and reset device and synched. Synch successful but not in Garmin connect, nor on device history (it clears after successful upload) disappeared, a mystery. Its happened before, any ideas?

Update your Garmin 310Xt via Garmin Express

I was having these same issues. All you have to do is Update your Garmin 310Xt via Garmin Express, with ANT connected to computer. After an 8 minute update it should transfer data automatically.

Garmin Connect does not recognize ANT any longer

Similar issue here. Beginning of August a change happen with Garmin Express (not the only user so may be "just" installed). Next time I plugged in the ANT stick nothing. Did a few things; the ANT stick would recognize the 310xt with the old ANT software, but sent the activity somewhere; Garmin Express (and just installed the new version) would not recognize the ANT stick. No clue about the details but pretty annoying, and not sure how to fix this.:mad:
