edge 500. how do i upload a file to dashboard.

I originally uploaded the file to my dashboard,but, accidentally deleted it from my dashboard.The edge was not connected at that time.
Now the file is on my device but i cant get it back onto the connect dashboard .
Hmmmmm Help?
