I would do a bike workout at a given heart rate range and target cadence.
Unfortunately, I can only set one. To no avail do I get a training plan created this way from TrainingPeaks.
The TP application was previously available on GarminIQ. I suppose it could have been done through it. Not available right now. And in Connect, training is no longer good.
The lame solution is that on my Edge I watch one target (for example, heart rate) and another monitor the cadence to see if I am in the target range.
I love my Garmin but unfortunately Wahoo is better! :(
At least he knows that. Are you sure you can't set more goals for your Garmin on your workout?

Unfortunately there's no way to create a structured workout step with two different target types. However, you can create a workout based on heart rate target and then separately create a cadence alert on the Edge.
