I press sync on my band. Usually on the bottom of my Garmin connect page will pop up to refresh page and then the info is transferred from my band to that page. Now sync just flashes but nothing syncs. Has been going on since this morning.. Accepted it once today but not after that.
I am having the same problem, last was able to sync on March 2, did it tonight and it continues to say last sync March 2. My vivo fit appears to be syncing but does not.
I am also using my laptop + ant
If you're using the ANT+ stick and Express, there is usually a log in Express where sync issues and results are listed. Can you find the log and let us know what it says?
Having the same problem. VivoSmart will not sync via bluetooth to mobile GarminConnect app and also doesn't sync when plugged into laptop with Garmin Express. On mobile app just says syncing at the bottom of the screen the whole time but nothing happens. On the laptop it says sync error. Other bluetooth functions work fine as well as syncing with MyFitnessPal. Problem started 10/03/2015. Have tried everything, restarted phone and laptop, disconnected and reconnected device from garmin connect and garmin express.
Im having the same problem.....Ive tried everything I can think of......uninstalled and re installed, tried it on my iphone,ipad and computer still nothing....was working until the 22 Feb...so any help appreciated
I'm having the same problem. I didn't tried to sync for 2 week. Yesterday I had a long walk, 19 km. Unfortunately I was too tired after that to sync and today I wanted to see my great result on Garmin after syncing... but nothing. GS is showing my steps from this morning and last ones from 22 Feb. I'm just wondering is my Vivofit hardware faulty or the problem is with software.
