Update discrepancy between Connect and Express in Modern view

If I connect my VivoSmart to the charging cradle and open Connect, It tells me that all of my software is up-to-date (v.3.10)
If I then go to https://connect.garmin.com/modern/ it says, "Update Available, Your Version: 3.00, Latest Version: 3.10, Open Garmin Express to Update"
I click on the button, and it says I'm up to date.

So am I up-to-date or not? If I am, how to I get these two to agree, and why do they not agree in the first place? If I am not up-to-date, how do I get it to update?

    I had the same issue but now they seem to agree the vivosmart is running 3.10. However I can no longer access any tabs in Garmin connect. All the menu tabs on the left of the page do nothing. Major pain. Hopefully this will resolve itself as well. I'm starting to regret switching from fitbit and endomondo.
  • It's fixed. They just came out with another update that corrected it.
