Deleted an activity accidentally on Garmin Connect, still have the .fit file though

Hi everyone, I accidentally deleted the ride on Garmin Connect thinking as it's still on my Edge 1000 it will automatically load back on again when synced. It does not.

I have tried uploading it from my device but I get a connection error. Is there any way of undeleting it or manually importing the .fit file that I took off the devide folders?

You can upload manually by clicking the Import link on the activities page.
