Garmin Connect App on a Windows 8.1 Tablet?

I'm thinking of purchasing a HP Stream 7" Tablet running Windows 8.1 - Anyone running Garmin Connect app with such a device or do I have to use the browser?

Same as a PC. You have to use a browser.
