cannot transfer Workout from Garmin Connect to forerunner 610

I have created a new workout in Garmin Connect. When I click on Send to Device, it finds my 610 but the transfer don't seem to be working.. The progress bar never advances. What's wrong?

tested on Chrome 40, IE 11 and Firefox 36.0 on Win 7
forerunner 610 firmware 2.9
Garmin Express or Agent ANT+

i read some threads that have the same pb, tried a lot of but don't work, for ex:

(I have no pb with transfer activity from 610 to PC!)

I have exactly the same problem transferring workout to my Forerunner 310XT.

Contacted Support - their unhelpful response was to download latest Garmin Express which doesn't work with the 310XT. DOH!!

I have gone back to them for more help ..... still waiting.

Anyone managed to sort this one ??

it works now: i send from "Modern" view and Garmin Express send OK to my 610!
