New Connect 4.0.5.0

New layout but the fundamental function is still having the same problem...
"No Sync"
sync bar just stay.....
vivofit timed out itself.

Vivo Connect needs to work on the functionality to work reliably ..not just wasting time on the gui..

very disappointed with the team or whoever the Director is.

    If that doesn't help post in the Express forum where there is a Garmin team willing to help.

  • If you are trying to sync the data on your device to the Garmin Connect website, then Garmin Express is likely the software you are using to perform the sync/upload. So your issue is with Garmin Express and there is a sub-forum explicitly for Garmin Express issues. It also happens to be the exception to the other sub-forums as actual Garmin personnel have been monitoring and responding in there. Seldom do they respond it the other sub-forums unless it is briefly for a new product release.

    If by chance you are using the Garmin mobile app through your smartphone, there is a specific sub-forum for that also.
