I have upgraded from my 405 (which I may still use occasionally), have paired my new 610 with Garmin express and connect sees my 610. the watch says data transferring but my first run does not transfer. I have two ant sticks garmin ant agent and express on my computer, this may be the issue how can I get my account to work and most importantly data to upload to Garmin Connect??
I think the issue is that you have express and ANT agent on your PC I don't think you can run both. There is no problem with running ANT agent and having two devices (I use it and have a garmin swim and a 610). I assume the same is true for express - I don't use that at the moment as it caused all sorts of issues when I first installed it and I'm putting off the day when I have to use it. Anyway - if you uninstall ANT agent or Express you should be OK :)
