Is there a way to delete a retired device. I replaced a Forerunner with a refurbished model. I retired the old one and the new one shows up as Forerunner (2). I just want to delete the old one so that I can rename this one. Is it possible?
In Express I am presented with a screen that shows all my active devices and a + sign to add a device. If I click on the ForeRunner that has the retired copy as well as the active computer under Utilities I have the option to delete this device. Is that what you are referring to. If so won't that delete the current active computer?
To be honest, I'm not sure. If there are 2 devices and you delete one of them, the other should remain. However, if they are both the same device, I'm not sure what would happen. If you deleted it and both disappeared could you not just set it up again?
I just tried to deleted the device and it only deleted the current one not the retired one. When I reset it up and would not allow me to change the name as it was already taken by the retired comuputer
