Greetings. I'm unable to send the workouts I just created for tonight training session. I own a FR620 and when I try to send this newly created workouts to the device GC remains stuck at the "preparing workout" screen. Also tried deleting some old workouts from the device and tried sending them again from GC. No luck whatsoever. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
I am having exactly the same issue with my Garmin 810 and Forerunner 610 for the last few days. I have tried this on several computers, so it doesn't look like the problem is with either the physical devices or the computer I running Garmin Connect on. To me (being in IT) this looks like the issue is with the Garmin Connect software itself. Would be nice if Garmin, would published something about this as I doubt we're the only two people facing the issue. Any suggestions on how this problem can be overcome would be appreciated.
As I suspected, the problem is on the Garmin software running on their website. Switch to the Modern set up and this issue doesn't appear at all, you can transfer your workouts no problem. Probably Garmin trying to encourage us all to switch to the Modern format (not a nice approach, but I understand the driver from their end). Now all they have to do is (significantly) improve the Modern app and I'm happy again.
