Garmin Connect broken… again

Hello,

although the status page lists GC as operational, I cannot view any page, including the Dashboard. Tested with different web browsers through different connections.

I get the following messages in the Safari console:
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden) connect.garmin.com/.../<uid>
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) connect.garmin.com/.../<uid>
[Error] Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) https://connect.garmin.com/modern/main/js/jquery.min.map

Btw, it seems that GC is using https now.

Nothing for me either, including on the iphone app. I don't get an error message though, just a blank screen. It started loading this morning, but then stopped. Upload to Strava went through, though.

The iOS apps crash right after launching them if they can connect to the web. If it helps, the error message by the second URL starts with "HTTP Status 500 - The userProfileId cannot be null.".

So GC is down for 24h+ although the status page lists it as running :(

Same for me. Classic seems to be working but modern just give me partially loaded page with a few empty frames on it.

I think this could be an account issue. My wife's account is working fine from the same PC.

Mobile app can't retrieve any activity data either.

SSO expiration updated.

I actually am able to access Classic View, it seems it is only the Modern one that is broke....and the App.

Same for me, I can access classic although not my profile information. My last workout synced ok and was sent across to Strava and Endomondo to.

It seemed to start last night when I set up my new Fenix 3, although that was probably just a coincidence.

Same for me, except that the activity I uploaded earlier today did not sync to Strava, although the data is definitively in, as it is displayed in the Classic view. Two others who did the same workout could upload and display their data without problems…

Same here, Ive added another threat about this and have contacted Support.

Very very frustrating!

I tried to switch to modern view, but I get a blue screen with a couple of icons on it. How can I get back to classic???
