Send workout to edge 800 doesn't work

I'm trying to send a workout to my garmin edge 800, but it doesn't work. I've tried it on my MAC (OS X Yosemite) and on my pc (Win 7). It worked in the past...
On pc: keeps hanging
On MAC: Ca't send workout to edge, try again later...

Can anyone help me?

Same on my Edge510! Can't send via Bluetooth nor from the web/USB cable
