I'm reading on the Fenix 3 section of the forum that when steps have been synced from the device to Garmin connect it isn't then pushing this data and calorie burn to Myfitnesspal. This is absolutely integral to my use for the device. Currently I use my Garmin running watch and a fitbit for activity tracking. The reason I've a preordered a £400 unit is to put all this into one device and eco system to link the kcals back to my MFP. This really is a deal breaker for me and I hope this is fixed asap, so I can continue with my purchase.
Just to clarify the workout kcals are syncing e.g running but normal activity tracking kcals aren't.
