time zone offset is backwards in Garmin Connect

Just one of those minor bugs, but should be so easy to fix. As an example, last week I did a treadmill run on Feb 11 at 8:00pm Central European Time (GMT +1), and entered it that way manually in Garmin Connect. Now, back home in Eastern US time (GMT -5), when I look at the calendar view it says that I did the workout on Feb 12 at 2:00am. In other words, instead of shifting it back 6 hours to match EST (2:00pm on Feb 11) it has shifted it six hours forward, which is wrong.

Probably the best solution would be to fix the offset so it shows the time in EST when the workout was done. A second-best solution would be to leave it in local time and not do any offset at all (after all, at the workout location it was 8pm on the 11th). But the current coding is no good at all.

It appears that there is a slightly different problem with the time zone offset for GC entries that are uploaded directly from the Garmin. For example, on the same trip I did an outdoor run at 2:34pm Central European Time and in Garmin Connect it is showing as 8:34am Central European Time. In other words, the time in EST is listed as the time in CET.
