Course time difference

When I transfer a Course created in Garmin Connect to my Edge 810 the time for the Course is different. eg Garmin Connect time 1 hour 59 mins 57 sec, Edge 810 time 1 hour 55 min 32 sec.
Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing?
